Q: How do I know I can get broadband internet?

A: We will come out to your location and conduct a free site survey to verify you can recieve signal.

Q: How fast is the service?

A: Speeds may vary but speeds should be around the 2 meg down and 1 meg up.

Q: Do I have to buy equipment for this system to work?

A: You do not have to buy the equipment. All equipment will remain the property of Dot 10 Wireless. The only exception is the customer may choose to buy a router from Dot 10 Wireless or the customer can purchase there own.

Q: Why do I have to sign a 12 month contract?

A: This helps offset the cost of the equipment. It takes several months to recover the cost back on the radio the subscriber most have for the system to work.
